My family moved to St. Petersburg in 2002 so this has been home for over 20 years. I have loved seeing the changes in the Tampa Bay area during that time. It has been exciting to watch “Heaven’s Waiting Room” (as Johnny Carson termed it) evolve into a vibrant and active destination.
In 2007 I earned my Real Estate Sales Associate license and began my career in Real Estate. After five years as a Sales Associate, I received my Real Estate Broker’s license in 2012.
• My first sale was in the 55+ Community of Clearview Oaks. Since that first sale in 2007, I have been involved in over 50 transactions in that community alone as either the listing agent or buyer’s agent.
• My husband is a US Veteran and I have completed a VA Certification Course and have had the privilege of working with numerous Veterans to achieve their dream of home ownership.
• My husband is also disabled so I am sensitive to the unique needs of working with someone who has a disability. I have completed the training to receive the Certified Accessibility Real Estate Specialist designation.
I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me, and I strive every day to exceed customer expectations. Whether you are Buying or Selling, it is my honor to be the Realtor® you choose to provide “Results That Move You”.
Alicia was absolutely AMAZING. I cannot overstate how friendly, informative, and courteous she was throughout the entire process. As a first time home buyer I expected the experience to be at least slightly overwhelming, but Alicia was so great that I never once felt as though I was in this process alone. She was an advocate for me at every turn and was able to help me with things that I would have never even considered asking about because of my lack of familiarity with the home buying process. I’m struggling to find ways to convey how highly I recommend her without repeating myself. I am recommending her to anyone who is even entertaining the idea of buying or selling, and I can absolutely guarantee that I would/will use her again if I’m ever in the market. – Trent M.
It was a joy working with Alicia Lowther on my home purchase. She was always on time for all appointments and was very flexible in meeting scheduling dates for inspections. She was “always” available to answer questions via the internet or phone and never left me hanging with any unanswered questions. She explained everything every step of the way and made the process of buying my first home an easy one for me and most assuredly an easy one for the seller. She was great in communicating any concerns I had along the way to the seller. If I’m ever in the market looking to sell, I would be honored if she were to take me on as a client on the sell side and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thanks Alicia for your hard work and dedication in making this an enjoyable experience for me. — Sally H.
